Returns & Refunds Policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason. The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or when a third party, not the carrier, takes possession of the product.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. Contact us at info@lestarwholesale.com. We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods, using the same payment method you used for the order.

Goods must have been purchased within the last 30 days from the date of return request.

All returned goods must be in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.

Personalized, perishable, or unsealed hygiene goods are not eligible for return.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods to us. Returns are processed through Amazon FBA. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service, as we cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost return shipments. Refunds require actual receipt of goods or proof of delivery.

For gift returns: If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued upon receipt of the returned product. If not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original gift giver.
